Terms and Conditions

Flavor of Fortune Event Rental & Decor Planning LLC

By accessing our website, booking services, or renting equipment from Flavor of Fortune Event Rental & Decor Planning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide event rental equipment and related services, including but not limited to:

Chairs and tables
Throne chairs
360 Photo Booth
Audio equipment (speakers, microphones)
Buffet warmers and event décor items
Etc

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances must be paid before the event date, as stated on your invoice or contract.
Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, or other approved platforms.
No equipment will be delivered or released without full payment.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance.
Client must ensure clear and safe access to the delivery location.
Equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed time.
Late pickups may result in additional fees.

4. Responsibility for Equipment

The Client is fully responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until the time of return.

The Client agrees to return all items in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

5. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees

The Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning, including but not limited to:

Broken standard chair: $25 each
Damaged table: $50 each
Buffet warmer damage or missing items: Full replacement cost
Bluetooth speaker damage: $150+
360 Photo Booth damage: Up to full replacement cost
Throne chair damage: Full replacement cost
Excessive cleaning (food, wax, stains, debris): $25–$75+

Fees will be assessed at the Company’s discretion based on damage severity.

6. Use of Equipment

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
Equipment may not be moved to a different location without approval.
Equipment must be kept away from rain, fire, wax, liquids, pets, children, and rough handling.
No alterations, stickers, tape, or decorations may be applied directly to rental items.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of all payments.

8. Weather Policy

Client assumes responsibility for weather conditions. Rentals placed outdoors must be protected from rain, wind, and extreme heat. Weather-related issues do not qualify for refunds.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Flavor of Fortune Event Rental & Decor Planning LLC is not liable for:

Injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of equipment
Property damage at event locations
Acts of God, weather, or venue restrictions

Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Company from all claims arising from equipment use.

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove equipment if:

Safety concerns arise
Payment terms are violated
Equipment is being misused

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of Flavor of Fortune Event Rental & Decor Planning LLC and may not be used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Agreement

By booking our services, signing a contract, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Deposit & Payment Policy

• 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date

• No date is reserved without deposit

• Remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before delivery

• No delivery, setup, or installation without full payment

• Payments accepted via approved methods only

• Last-minute bookings (within 72 hours) require full payment upfront

• Client is responsible for providing clear access for delivery and setup

• Any additional items, overtime, or add-ons requested after booking must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before event: Deposit forfeited only

• Less than 7 days: 50% of total invoice due

• Same-day cancellation: 100% of total invoice due

Operations & Procedures

• Signed rental agreement required for every booking

• Pre- and post-event photos taken for condition verification

• Inventory checklist completed before delivery and after pickup

• Client must supervise guests’ use of rented items

• Company is not responsible for weather-related damage during events
